Install SOptim on Shopify
SOptim installs from the Shopify App Store. No code, no credit card needed for the Free plan.
Steps
- Go to apps.shopify.com/soptim.
- Click Add app, then Install app in your Shopify Admin.
- Approve the requested permissions (read shop info, read/write orders for dispute evidence, manage app proxy for the block page).
- You'll land on the SOptim dashboard with a setup checklist.
Permissions we ask for

We never request write_orders or write_customers. SOptim cannot modify your orders or customer data.
After install
Continue to First 5 minutes.
Uninstall
You can remove SOptim at any time from Settings → Apps and sales channels → SOptim → Remove. Per GDPR, we delete your data within 48 hours of uninstall.
